- First, find an image with a transparent background, or you can use this free plugin to remove the background in Figma





- Use the pen tool in Figma to create a vector on the outer contour of the picture. One trick for using the pen tool to create smooth curves is to first click the starting point, then click the next point, hold the click, and adjust the smoothing (see the video below for more details).
- After that, create a vector silhouette (vector 1) by filling the vector with white and setting the border to 32px and color white
- Then duplicate vector 1 to create another vector silhouette (vector 2), set the border to 36px, and the color #CBCBCB
- Arrange the layers: original image → vector 1 → vector 2
